Always looking for continuous improvement, we invest in internal programs and certifications that attest to our responsibility: from inputs to the final delivery of our products. 

The constant search for customer satisfaction, quality and product standardization is in Seta's DNA, which led us to obtain our first certification, ISO 9001, in 1999, acting since then within its international quality guidelines. 

We also understand that the commitment to the constant improvement of the Quality and Environment Management System is the success factor and development of our business, so we established our Policy based on 7 pillars: Customer, Results, Team, Suppliers, Society, Security and Environment. 

To eliminate possible non-conformities, Quality Management works with the analysis of causes, identifying problems, preventing and implementing improvement actions in all our processes!
