During the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of November, we had the Quality Moment at our Rio Grande Unit. Moments like this reinforce the importance of the subject and the role of each one in the performance and continuous improvement of our processes.
With the dynamics of assembling a mobile, we challenge our team to find solutions using creativity, teamwork, commitment and communication.
The Inova Seta team, through the Próxima pillar, took advantage of the moment and presented the launch of the Clean House Program, a program that aims to further promote well-being in our company, improve the visual aspect and make our environment much more beautiful and pleasant , avoiding incidents and accidents.
We ended with a chat about forest certification, reinforcing concepts, principles and their importance within the organization.
