Today, November 10th, is World Quality Day.
In 1990, the United Nations (UN) named the second Thursday of November as World Quality Day in order to highlight the importance of quality management in organizations.
In recent years, the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), the official world body of quality professionals, has determined specific topics to be addressed on this date. In 2022, the chosen theme was “Quality awareness: doing the right thing”.
At Seta, Estância Velha Unit, throughout the month of November we addressed issues related to Quality, through the internal campaign “Thursday with Quality”. Blitz, quiz, newsletter, internal event and even a challenge.
To close the quality month, today, all the Unit's employees delivered the challenge: to make a robot. The activity sought to address among the teams the importance of communication, organization, meeting requirements and rules and working together.
