In October, SIPAT 2022 took place at the Estância Velha Unit. SIPAT - Internal Week for the Prevention of Work Accidents, is an event organized annually by CIPA - Internal Commission for the Prevention of Work Accidents.
SIPAT's objective is to promote the knowledge and reflection of the teams on the importance of accident prevention, safety and quality of life in the workplace and outside it.
On this year's agenda, there were some dynamics. Among them, one that brought the understanding about the PPE's necessary to carry out day-to-day tasks in our industrial plant. In this activity, employees were divided into groups and had to equip a colleague with all the PPE recommended for performing a certain task.
Disease prevention and health concerns were addressed in a conversation with Unimed, where employees were individually assisted and received tips on health care.
Casos do Alípio, a comedy performance addressing everyday concerns, drew a good laugh from our team. Relaxation and joy marked this day. The comedian irreverently addressed the importance of safety and self-care.
And, to close the week, Seta´s Emergency Brigade carried out a blitz in the areas, taking advantage of the moment to pass on important information about the need to activate the Brigade.
