For years we have been developing employees through the Leadership Development Program. Recently, at the Seta Unit in Rio Grande, we started a new PDL class.
At Seta, this Program aims to develop self-knowledge, work with management tools and also reflect on the various possible approaches in interactions with the team, always seeking more assertive solutions to the adversities that will arise.
