The FSC® certification (Forest Stewardship Council) is the result of global initiatives for conservation and rational use of forest resources. To attest to good forest management practices, Seta has held the seal (FSC-C004306) since 2004, certifying its Black Acacia (Acacia mearnsii) plantations.
With worldwide recognition, the "FSC® 100%" seal is a guarantee that certified forest resources (timber or not) come from areas managed in an environmentally appropriate, socially fair and economically viable way.
When opting for a product with this seal, the consumer will be sure that the premises of sustainability have been adopted throughout the forest cycle.
