We had a special afternoon last Sunday, the 23rd, at the Seta Unit in Estância Velha. On this day, the Protagonists of innovation, from the Approximate pillar, together with the company's QMS team, held a special event for employees and families: Approximate+.
Fun, toys, snacks and a bazaar were some of the attractions of this lively afternoon that took place outdoors, on the lawn in front of our industrial plant. All specially planned by the Protagonists of Approximate. The QMS team prepared “Challenges” for families, putting children and adults in the game and challenging them on topics related to the Quality Management System. At the end of the task, the participants received medals for overcoming.
The event, conceived by the Approximate pillar, was part of the Quality Agenda, which this year is being worked on throughout the months of October and November. In addition to the event, Thursdays at Seta in EV are being marked by the “Quintou with Quality”, a moment in which we approach issues involving Quality in everything we do in different ways.
