Thursday with Quality

Today we start Thursday with Quality. A series of activities that will be part of our month, until the arrival of World Quality Day on November 10.   

Thursday with Quality is an action of the QMS area – Seta's Quality Management System, which seeks to disseminate quality in everything we do.  

In this first Thursday, we will address the Quality of Life, which was the agenda of a recent lecture by Unimed Vale do Sinos, in the Estancia Velha Unit.  

Check out the main topics that were brought by the Physical Education professional of the Unimed Team.

Do an activity that makes you happy. Swim, run, practice yoga, stretching, crossfit, bodybuilding. Regardless of the activity, take the time to commit to something that gives you pleasure. After all, physical activity is necessary to have a better quality of life.
