Seta´s Programs: Rural Partnership

Seta´s Programs: Rural Partnership

In the Rural Partnership, the owner shares his land area and Seta is responsible for the implementation of a Black Acacia forest with high productivity. During the entire cycle, we work in cultural practices, following environmental legislation and acting in the property's patrimonial security, at no cost to the owner.

Upon reaching the cutting age, through sharing, a percentage of the forest belongs to Seta and the rest to the partner, who can sell their share to the company. Seta uses the bark to extract tannin and the wood is used for the production of chips.

Pioneers in the Black Acacia market, we have industrial plants in the cities of Estância Velha and Rio Grande, supporting rural landowners throughout the state of Rio Grande do Sul. We have a technical team specialized in forest management to ensure greater production while respecting the environment.
