Innovate. According to the dictionary, to innovate is to make something new; renew; do something that hasn't been done before. For us, innovating is having a new look and recreating solutions together. Always keeping our essence.
In July we started our Innovation Program, Inova Seta. A project that seeks to disseminate the internal culture of innovation, encouraging and enhancing the various ideas that circulate here. Employees interested in participating in the Program applied and all those selected underwent training to become Protagonists of innovation.
In the construction of this project, we also had partner companies, which shared their experiences and added to Inova Seta. To all, our thanks.
