This is a special week at Seta. Last Monday, the 29th, we celebrated the milestone of 3 years without accidents at the Estância Velha Unit. A great achievement that reflects the commitment of our entire team to safety.
Tuesday, the 30th, at the Rio Grande Unit, we celebrated with our employees 500 days without accidents. Two important milestones for all of us.
Developing a safety culture was fundamental to these achievements. By raising awareness and valuing safe work, we are reaping the fruit of all this effort: safety first.
To celebrate these achievements, Seta's HR and SESMT (Specialized Services in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine) teams prepared a special moment for our employees, with the delivery of gifts.
